Please bear in mind the handcrafted nature of my production: all items are handmade and therefore slight imperfections or variations may be present even where not indicated. They are a symptom of completely manual workmanship and of an artisanal production process.

PACKAGING

We try to use only recycled packages and packaging material of natural origin, respecting Nature with a view to eco-sustainability.

SHIPMENTS

All items are shipped from Italy by courier.
Depending on availability, orders are shipped within 7 days.
Upon shipment you will receive a confirmation notice with tracking number.
The customer is responsible for duties and taxes for the country of residence.
The final costs are determined by the customs authorities at the time of importation.

RETURNS

We take great care in packing our products carefully, but in the unfortunate event that the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within the next 24 hours.
It is imperative that you carefully inspect the integrity of the package upon receipt. If you notice any anomalies on the package, accept the delivery WITH RESERVE OF GOODS UNCHECKED.
In the event that you wish to return the purchased item, because it has been damaged or because you have changed your mind, it must be repackaged in the same package, with the same care and attention with which it was received, and shipped within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Items must be returned in the same state as when they were purchased. It is the customer's duty to return the artefacts in the same condition as when they were purchased. Used, damaged goods or products showing signs of wear and tear and use will not be accepted. When the package containing the return is delivered and the items are checked, the amount of the order will be returned via the same payment system used for the purchase.
